STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS

Constantly sizing your life up againts other people is a crazytown.There will always be someone "better" than you and there will always be someone "worste" than you. By accepting and making peace with the person you are, yuo"ll shut out a lot of negative self talk and open up your life to good times. See the funny side of your life! nevermind the humour.....we've know thats it's only a coping mechanism that help us deal with a less than perfect world. Dont let bystander make you a losser, chain up and live life to the fullest!!!

"IT IS OKEY TO GIVE UP"

I've come to realize that sometimes,giving up can be the biggest favour you can do for yourself and the people around you.As the saying goes, when one doors closest, a new ones opens. Rather than think only cowards give up, perhaps we should see that its the brave ones who posess the courage to let go, It's about facing up your weaknesses and personal failings and accepting that you've made a bad call. And, how many of us can truly do that? A question I often ask myself," Do we stick to our guns because what we know what we want, or is it because we're afraid of change?"
Courage comes in many forms.The COURAGE to continue to many fight for what you want, the COURAGE you know when its time to move on and the COURAGE to tell yourself you were wrong.We've only got one shot at life. Instead to make everything right, sometimes, it's worth to just do something, get it wrong and learn the lessons.
Fight a little harder everyday for what you believe in but somedays, just know what you can cut yourself some slack.

HOME SWEET HOME.....Home is where the heart is.Do insure that you have mortrage protection to safeguard your loveones because lifes is unexpected events can throw you off the track if your unprepared.
INVEST............................One way to suplement portfolio.Know your risk appetite and invest in the right tools.
JOG...................................Jogging is not just and effective way to fight the flab and stay active,It is also a great way to have some "may time".
KISS................................A kiss can burn calories!Plus it is a great way to foster bonding and intimacy with those you love.
LAUGHTER......................Is one of the best medicines.A goal laugh is benefecialfor the soul and brings merry cheer to those around you.Learn to laugh at yourself and dont take things to seriously.

REMINDERS OF AN OFW's WHO WANT's TO BE A ( D.H.) DOMESTIC HELPER

The Domestic Helper employed abroad must realize that she  is in a foreign country and must adjust to the  local situation.The burden of adjustment is more on her than on the employer and should not expect that the family whom she is working for will adjustto her ways. She should try to know more about her employer's country and local people and take a more positive attitude to her temporary stay. Of course, it is never easy for people to adjust to new situations in foriegn countries. It can be psychologically very upsetting to fell alone in a strange  surroundings especially when the job is tough. Perhaps it also for her first time to leave her family behind thus will normally fell very homesick. When this happens , she should not become unreasonable and run away or insist on going back to her country. She must remember that she has enteredinto a contract with her employer and probably with a little patience, she should be able to overcome her homesickness after sometime. The duties and responsibilities of a D.H. is clearly emphasized during the pre-departure orientation seminar. Patience,   sacrifice, and determination matters a lot since these factors can make you successful. Factors to consider in adjusting to a new environment and tough job. Too much pressure of work, body pains, employer-employee relationship, naughty children, food, homesickness, sleep late and wake up early. In any country, time is very precious and you should not waste a single minute of it. You have to work, move fast and eat fast, therefore everything must be done quickly. For the first few weeks you will feel that you cannot tackle all the household works, since you are not used to it especially if you are working alone in a big residencial house. In this case, you have to make a time schedule so that you can finish all your work smoothly, It is expected that body pains will be noted for the first few weeks of stay.
